Официальная фотосессия, промежуточный этап «Визитка»
Прошёл первый день. Один из самых сложных и долгих. Стилисты и визажисты трудились над красотой наших девушек с самого утра. Купальники и блестящие сияющие платья на каждой из наших участниц смотрелись просто безупречно. Профессиональные фотографы, видеографы и режиссеры работали не покладая рук. Девушки старательно подходили и к своим обязанностям. А результаты этого дня можно будет увидеть на финале конкурса, на сайте конкурса в разделе интернет – голосования, которое начнётся 31 июля.

Фото и видеосъёмка закончилась практически тогда, когда начался первый промежуточный этап конкурса Мисс Волга 2018 – «Визитка».

Вечером девушки отправились на промежуточный конкурс-знакомство «Визитка», где каждая представила видеоролик о себе и своём городе, об увлечениях, желаниях, достижениях и о своих родных краях. Так же девушки преподнесли различные презенты, характеризующие их города или республики, являясь особенностью или символом целого края. Мёд, сладости, сделанные своими руками, сувениры из родных городов.

36 девушек и 36 разных городов России и ближнего зарубежья. Каждая визитка уникальна и интересна. Мы узнали очень много о самих девушках, а также что-то новое о городах, которые они представляют. Можно сказать, что мы увидели мир их глазами.

Вопросы от членов жюри порой открывали все больше граней талантов и достоинств каждой. Так участницам было предложено исполнить песню, если в ее увлечениях было пение, некоторые прочитали стихи собственного сочинения, удалось увидеть в деле и профессиональных танцоров. Но в заключение вечера нужно было выбрать одну, лучшую из лучших. Жюри немного посовещавшись определило несколько лидеров, а затем и победительницу.

Обладательницей лучшей визитки стала – Чернюк Юлия, которая представила удивительной красоты визитку с Крымскими красотами. В подарок Юлия получила цветы и графический планшет от генерального партнёра конкурса «Casta Models».

And here comes the day of Gala Finale. And there are more rehearsals. And here are the final touches, light, stage, camera and action! Celebrity judges, hosts, all the tickets are sold out. National costumes, celebrity performances, bikini catwalk, evening gowns…Stunning show went like in one breath.

Guests were lucky to see the performance of famous artists like Nikina Alexeev, Kristian Kostov – the 2nd place of Eurovision 2017.

And here comes the top-10 contestants. How does the jury choose? There was a breathtaking beauty everywhere. After top-10 girls had to answer to intellectual questions and also show their video-presentation. It was the important opportunity for the judges to make the main decision.

And while the decision was made, Yann Destal from Modjo performed his world famous hits on the stage.
And it’s time to announce the top-3 of “Miss Volga” 2017. But before that moment we found out the name of “Miss Internet Choice “2017. From the very first day of the contests everyone could vote at the official web for their favorite contestant. Aleksandra Lyashkova from Perm Region received the title of “Miss Internet Choice”.

And here are famous actors and brothers Andrey and Alexey Chadov appear on the stage, to announce their decision.
2nd-runner up of “Miss Volga” 2017 becomes Victoria Yurkovskaya from the city of Simferopol. The crown, title and check for 250 000 rubles, contract with a model agency and other memorable gifts were given to the contestant.

It’s time to announce the 1-st runner up of “Miss Volga” 2017. And this is Arina Gladkova from Rostov-on-Don – she received the crown and the check for 500 000 rubles from the judges.

Finally, the main part of the evening was the announcement of the winner. Elena Letuchaya wished all the contestants success and opened the envelope with the number 2 inside. Beautiful Elizaveta Tokareva from Vologda became “Miss Volga” 2017. She received her deserved crown, a check for 1 000 000 rubles, gifts and flowers. And in honor of this even there was a festive firework. Congratulations, interviews, projects are all ahead for the winner and other contestants. We wish them success and will definitely follow their careers. The Gala Finale and fete of grace and beauty came to an end. But very soon the casting will begin. Follow the news and see you in 2018.

The contest final is coming soon. And very soon we will know the name if the winner….Are you ready? Our contestants are ready! From very early morning they went to the stage for the finale rehearsal with whole team of organizers. Stage decorating, lights and sound check is work of very professional team. For all day long our pretty girls had rehearsal on the huge and beautiful stage of Millennium concert hall.

The picture of “Miss Volga 2017” finale should be perfect so all organizers, stage directors, sound directors were preparing for all day long and finished only by the evening. The last evening at the contest has to be full of love and friendship atmosphere, so everyone left to the dinner together.

This evening contestants had the warmest, friendliest and the last interim contest – “Miss Friendship”. Over the dinner our girls chose their favorite contestant, they decide the most open hearted, attentive and kind girl in their opinion.

During the contest preparations there were a lot of situations between our contestants, able to show their well-being, attention and provide support at the right time.

Eugenia Matveeva received a huge support from all the girls and won the title of “Miss Friendship”. After such emotional evening and receiving memorable gifts, everyone left to make the last preparations. And then sleep and rest, because tomorrow- is the finale day!

And here is more day of “Miss Volga 2017” and one more interim stage. “Miss National Costume” – all contestants will present the national consumes of their cities and regions. It is one of the brightest parts of the contest, a huge concentration of beauty and colors in the same place.

For past few days our contestants had no free time but mostly rehearsals, rehearsals and more rehearsals. So after spending first half of the day with the stage director, girls started their preparations for the evening “Miss National Costume” contest.

It was a fabulous and incredible atmosphere, because almost all the costumes were handmade by our contestants and it showed the history of each region. After discussion judges chose top-15 beauties who made the most interesting presentation of the national costume. Many of the girls impressed our guests and judges with history, knowledge of English and also with lot of talents.

And here it is top-3 leaders! 1st-runner up of “Miss National Costume” is Zulfiya Sarifulina (The Republic of Tatarstan), 2nd runner up is Daria Hohlova (Perm).

And the winner of “Miss National Costume” is beautiful Arina Gladkova (Rostov-on-Don). This wonderful day ended with dinner in an incredible friendly atmosphere.

One of the most long-awaited and most “hungry” contest – “Miss Bikini”. So many uneaten dinners and hours in the gym but beauty worth all the sacrifice. This year we decide to hold the contest not on the bank of Volga River, as before, but in a beautiful with a nice and kind atmosphere, in the dolphinarium with a huge open air swimming pool.

Our contestants were really lucky with the weather this day, even after scary forecast for all week… Among the dark clouds the sun came out just at the moment when contestants lined up in front of the judges to show their beautiful shape.

An incredibly beautiful contest was held in one breath. Since all the contestants were in a great shape, it was difficult to choose the leaders.

But after not easy but very necessary discussion our judges made a right choice.
The top-5 appeared in front of the judges…And here she is, the winner, the best of the best. Title-holder of “Miss Bikini” is Ekaterina Tsybrina from Orel city. She got one of the most desired crowns of the contest and also many gifts from our sponsors.

And the 1-st runner up of “Miss Bikini” – Regina Karimova received an excellent gift from general sponsor Casta Model Management – a very useful fitness bracelet.
Also our contestants spent amazing moment of communication with dolphins. For some of them it was a first experience with these wonderful animals so they will keep those memories and incredible emotions for a long time.

And by the end of the day our contestants went back to the hotel for a traditional rehearsal of the “Miss Volga 2017” gala-final.

Since the early morning our contestants have started the first rehearsals for the final. And it all started with a toss-up. Every girl was full of expectations, because contestant lucky numbers for the final means a lot and definitely gives a lot of confidence before going on the stage.

The whole day contestants worked hard under the guidance of famous stage director. After usual easiness of previous days they did not expect so tiring rehearsals. But girls knew that it is very important to work hard to get the good result because there is very little time left before the gala-final of “Miss Volga 2017”.

On the second day of the contest our participants learned a lot of new and interesting information about the city. “Miss Volga” was held in Yaroslavl for the first time this year. Sightseeing tour with a guide, embankments of the Volga River, beautiful churches and planetarium were so fascinating for everyone, so time just got away.

And no matter if it was not typical summer weather our contestants still enjoyed their photo shooting under the rain. After exciting sightseeing tour our girls got back to the hotel, preparing for the “Miss Intelligent” contest.

Next half of the day was devoted for the evening preparations. Contestants refreshed their knowledge about culture and aspects of life.

Hair and makeup were retouched after the rain, because our girls must also be beautiful, not only clever. Our contestants were really worried that evening because it was the 1st interim stage of “Miss Volga 2017” and a chance to win the first crown of the contest.

Directors of “Miss Volga”, organizers, guests and incredibly beautiful contestants dressed in stunning evening gowns and contest sashes gathered together for a contest of creativity, ingenuity and intelligence. Contestants received 15 questions and they had only 10 minutes for considering. After counting the correct answers judges chose top-7 contestants. Those girls moved to the next round of the contest.

At this round each contestant was invited to the center of the hall and answered to the tricky questions from judges and guests. The winner was chosen.

Lilia Loginova – is a perfect example of a combination of intellect and beauty. The title “Miss Intelligence” was successfully won by beauty from the city of Pskov! Our congratulations! Lilia received gifts from our partners: a tablet, from the general sponsor Casta Model Management and other memorable gifts. A long, interesting and intense day came to an end, but there are a lot of exciting moments were waiting for our beauties.

The first day at the beauty contest is not easy. Contestants woke up very early and spend all day with stylists, make-up artists, photographers and videographers. Our contestants had an official photo shooting in swimsuits and dresses for social networks and introduction video.

The shooting took a place in one breath; well-prepared contestants looked stunning after preparation with professional team of stylists and make-up artists. The result of the team work is visible of the web site and video reports of the contest. It was an unforgettable working spirit.

First day at the contest ended on the “Welcome event” at the restaurant of the host hotel. Contestants got acquainted by video-presentations of each girl with stories about their home town that they represent.

After that girls answered to the curious questions of our judges. For a few hours our 38 contestants watched each other’s videos with a big interest and this moment united them. This bright and eventful day built friendly atmosphere until the rest of the contest but there are many interesting events ahead were waiting for our beauties.
